Producer Information
Grey Wolf Cellars was established in August 1994. Joe and Shirlene became partners shortly thereafter and purchased full control in January 1996. Since then, the Bartons have made the winery a family business, now run by Joe Barton Jr. and his wife Jenny. They recently renovated a 60-year-old farm house on the west side of Paso Robles for their tasting room, complete with Barton’s Kitchen, a full service restaurant open daily, and have launched a craft distillery called Grain + Vine. They are still a family owned and operated boutique winery to this day and invite you to stop by to experience their wines, cuisine and craft spirits.
