Horcajo 2015 has an intense cherry red color with ruby hues. It is very expressive on the nose, with a complex combination of ripe red and black fruits and aromas typical of aging, balsamic, spicy and with a marked minerality. On the palate it is powerful, structured and with sweet and enveloping tannins . The aftertaste is characterized by being warm and very long.

Bodegas Cepa 21, located in the Valladolid town of Castrillo de Duero, is an innovative project of the Emilio Moro family equipped with the latest technology . It was born in 2007, with the vocation of making wines based on tradition, the autochthonous variety and the terroir of the area, but in line with new trends. After the excellent reception of its first three references (Malabrigo, Hito and Hito Rosado), in 2018 it launched Horcajo, an elegant and complex wine destined to become an icon of current viticultureand already recognized as one of the best red wines from the Ribera del Duero: the first vintage (Horcajo 2014) was rated 95 points by the North American magazine Wine Spectator, the highest reference in the wine sector worldwide.
