Reviews:
- Wine Advocate: Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 28 months in new French oak (75%) and new American oak (19%), the deep garnet-purple colored 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Monte Rosso Vineyard sings of blackberry pie, crème de cassis, fried herbs and cast iron pan with touches of tilled soil and dried lavender. Full and concentrated, with firm yet velvety tannins, it delivers mouth-filling black fruit preserves flavors and a long, mineral-laced finish.
- James Suckling: High-toned and rich cabernet with lots of dark-berry, chocolate and vanilla character. Iron, too. Full-bodied, dense and layered. A little old-school, but lots of richness at the end.
