Ceritas is the project of one of California’s most promising winemakers, John Raytek. Trout Gulch sits at 750m elevation in the Santa Cruz Mountains and is the southernmost vineyard in the range. It is firmly medium-bodied, bright and intensely flavoured with notes of stone fruits, citrus and spice.
