Defined by an impeccable balance of acid, fruit and structure that’s perfectly supported by oaky nuances from our custom cooperage barrels, this mineral driven maven offers a ripe, round and totally pleasurable drink. Notes of lightly toasted sweet vanilla oak, Asian pear and white nectarines unfold in every sip, carried by a sophisticated backbone of salinity and mouthwatering acid.
