Description
Pale pink with tiny and persistent perlage.The bouquet is intense and alluring, with notes of apple, vanilla, and wild rose. On the palate, the wine is round, silky and well balanced.
On the palate, Banfi Cuvée Aurora is fresh and balanced, with flavors of ripe red fruits, including cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. Hints of floral notes and a subtle minerality give the wine a complex and refined taste.
In 1979, John and Harry Mariani, owners of the U.S. importer, Banfi Vintners, acquired a mid-19th century winery, known as Bruzzone, revitalized it and renamed the facility Vigne Regali. Here, with the same detailed care as a century ago, our skilled winemakers produce L’Ardì Dolcetto d’Acqui D.O.C., a ruby-red still wine, and two exceptional sparkling wines: Banfi Brut Metodo Tradizionale Classico, and “Rosa Regale” Brachetto d’Acqui D.O.C.G., from the La Rosa single vineyard.
