This white dry wine is the perfect accompaniment to summer desserts, light snacks and salads, as well as puddings, mousses, toast with jam and just fruit. It is also excellent as an aperitif.
The nose has primary notes of yeast and freshly backed bread. There are soft flavors of green apple and peach in the mouth with gentle persistant bubbles.
