Wine Cask Finish showcases the depths that Washington Wine casks can impart on the whiskey. This whiskey, recognized on Whisky Advocate’s Top-20 Most Exciting Whiskies of the Year, features a combination of full term maturation and finishing in wine casks. Malbec, Syrah, and Tempranillo wines are represented and the rich dark fruit finish makes this a perfect pour in autumn.
Beer Cask Finish was born out of Westland’s long-standing relationship and collaboration with local brewers. Beer Cask Finish celebrates the Pacific Northwest’s long tradition of craft brewing by integrating saison, stout, scotch ale, and doppelbock casks to uncover the depths of flavor from malts and various beer styles laced together. This whiskey shows itself as bright in profile, with tropical fruit notes and a slightly herbal finish.
