Description
Made from estate-grown vineyards which are in conversion to organic certifications. This is a blend of Rolle and Ugni Blanc, grown on limestone. It has delicate floral, apple and apricot aromas and crisply structured palate with surprising length and intensity, given its relatively light weight. It should pair well with a range of Mediterranean flavors from garlicy prawns to olives, sundried tomatoes and savory herbs.
