“A very floral expression of pinot with lavender, chalk and ashes to the red cherries and red berries. Plenty of red fruit on the palate with some fine, chalky tannins and a saline, mineral finish. Around 40% whole bunches. 15% new oak barrels and others are second- or third-use. Marcelo Papa says they are reducing the amount the new oak.” – James Suckling
