This rare, single barrel rum was hand selected by our Master Distiller for its distinct character, complexity and unique taste. We began aging it back in 2005 in a single barrel of American white oak and it’s unblended for a remarkably refined drinking experience. Rich, tannin notes warmly coat the palate, all the while retaining an unquestionably rich, rummy essence with a long, smooth finish. Our Signature Release Single Barrel, 2005 is truly an exceptional rum that is best enjoyed in a Sazerac, neat or on the rocks. But don’t just take our word for it.
