Giffard Creme de Pamplemousse Grapefruit Liqueur
Liqueur (crème de fruits) made from infusion of pink grapefruit zests. Intense aroma, typical of grapefruit juice, slightly zesty and floral. Very aromatic taste, good balance between bitterness, acidity and fruity, with a zesty note at the end.
Fresh, pink grapefruit peels are steam distilled to extract the bright, aromatic essential oils contained within. Using Giffard Pamplemousse is the perfect way to add a little sunshine to creative cocktails or to brighten up some bubbles.
