This unique limited release Huber’s Starlight Distillery Bourbon Finished in Sherry Barrel is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, made from a mash of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. It was aged for 4 years in American white oak barrels and then finished in a first-fill sherry barrel for a year. This bourbon is a mix of a sweet bourbon and a dry sherry finish.
