It’s built using three casks of grain whiskey from a selection of Irish distilleries, expertly blended and bottled up at 46% ABV. Impressive, approachable stuff.

Nose: Sponge cake and rum-raisin ice cream, with a good drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
