This single barrel, straight bourbon is aged a minimum of 4 years for exceptional smoothness and drinkability. It’s sweeter and lighter than our high rye offerings, with notes of vanilla and caramel on the pallet. It finishes smooth and lingers just long enough to enjoy the full flavor profile of the wheated mash bill. It is best enjoyed neat, or with a single cube of ice.
