Description
The best known variety of mezcal. Named Espadin for its sword like leaves, it reaches maturity between 6-8 years. It has a softer body and its aromas have notes of flowers and moist earth, smooth and very well balanced. It leaves the palate with a clean and delicate character with subtle notes of pepper, fruity tones, herbs and a very light smokiness with a very sweet finish.
