Mayor Pingree Red Label is aged at least four years and is a small-batch marriage of Valentine’s finest casks, which are distilled in the Ferndale production facility. This release of the coveted bourbon yielded 3,900 bottles, and the distribution of this release encompasses nine states including Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, New York, Maryland, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Delaware and New Jersey.

Mayor Pingree Red Label Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes.

Nose: 50% mostly caramel, 35% oaky, and 15% dark fruits (mostly cherry). The nose seems stronger then 90 proof

Palate: 60% mostly caramel, 30% oaky, and 10% dark fruits (cherry).

Finish: Medium to long. Rye spice burn middle to end of palate. Caramel and oaky on the finish. Green apples aftertaste.
