Behold, the fifth batch of Nc’nean’s excellent Organic Single Malt Whisky! It’s made using organic Scottish barley, and it’s given a long fermentation to allow plenty of fruity notes to develop. After that, it’s distilled and filled into a combination of STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) red wine casks and bourbon casks. The result is jam-packed with flavour – an incredibly impressive whisky! The bottles are also very snazzy indeed, and they’re made from 100% recycled glass.
