This Yoichi 15 Year Old Genshu is a rare and collectable single cask whisky that was distilled on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido before being matured in a sherry cask for 15 years and then bottled and sold exclusively at the Yoichi distillery. It has a deep amber colour, thanks to the sherry wood, and a plethora of incredible notes on offer inside. Given this is a single cask whisky that was bottled in 1991, very few of these are in circulation today, making it the perfect addition to any collection.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
