The 2020 Brut Nature Textures de Pedra is composed of 50%Xarel·lo vermell, 25% Sumoll, and 25% Bastard Negre, sourced from the Conca del Riu Anoia in Penedes. Aged 42 months on the lees, this light yellow wine reveals aromas of bakery, bay leaf and lime, complemented by deep citrus layers. Dry and ethereal on the palate, the vibrant, saline acidity leads to a refreshing and textured mouthfeel. This joyful and vivid sparkling wine boasts a heightened core thanks to the red varieties in the blend. – Joaquin Hidalgo
