Description
This rare bonded straight bourbon whiskey was aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast and bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Each release can only be made from barrels we produced within a six-month time span, giving them true seasonal variance batch over batch. Collectible and one of a kind, these bottled-in-bond batches will never be replicated and are ever-changing. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft.
