• Aged in a refill bourbon barrel until 2017 when it was re-racked by Epicurean Selection in a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask
• Bottled on February 1, 2022; aged over 15 years
• 221 bottles produced in total
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 54.3% ABV

Ardmore Distillery is located in the village of Kennethmont, Scotland, and most known for its lightly peated malt—an uncommon characteristic in the region where it is produced. Note that while Ardmore is considered a Highland whisky, the distillery sits near the foothills of the Grampian mountains of Scotland’s Speyside region.
