This is an English peated single malt which was initially aged in bourbon barrels before being brought to London to be finished by Sacred in sherry casks and bottled at 5 years old. Shows off a good balance of smoky embers and intense sherried sweetness. Perhaps this is a hint towards future whisky-based endeavours from Sacred…? We can only hope!

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
