A meticulous selection of distillates from the unique terroir of Jamaica. This Triple Cask 100% Jamaican Rum has benefited from a particular ageing process in a temperate Charentais climate for 4 years, consecutively in 3 types of casks: 2 years in Bourbon casks, 18 months in ‘medium grain’ French oak casks and finally 6 months in ‘fine grain’ casks. The rum is gradually reduced to 46. No sugar is added.
