San Bartolo Enrique Diaz Cruz Espadin Quiegolani Oaxaca Mezcal is a premium mezcal crafted in the village of San Bartolo Quiegolani, Oaxaca. Made from 100% Espadin agave, this joven (young) mezcal embodies the rich traditions and craftsmanship of maestro mezcalero Enrique Diaz Cruz. The Espadin agaves are roasted in earthen pits, crushed by a tahona (stone mill), and distilled in copper stills, resulting in a mezcal that is both complex and smooth, showcasing the unique terroir of the region.
