Our bourbon is meticulously aged and cared for in the historic Texas hill country. Our distillery sits on a 1,200-acre family cattle ranch above a limestone filtered aquifer just off Sister Creek. Our unique bourbon has an aggressive character but is mellowed and ‘cooled’ with Texas Rainwater.

Sisterdale Distilling Co. Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of buttered popcorn mingled with rum-soaked dried fruit and candy corn.

Palate: Brown butter caramel and coffee cake moving to a lingering finish of cinnamon and applesauce.

Currently, Sisterdale Distilling produces a Straight Bourbon from five different bourbons meticulously selected from a distillery.
