This quintessentially Vermont whiskey is made by infusing the distillery’s Gold Medal award-winning straight bourbon whiskey with 100% pure organic Vermont maple syrup that has been aged in their used bourbon barrels. Smugglers Notch Maple Bourbon is bourbon forward with a hint of maple on the nose. Notes of honey and oak on entry give way to cinnamon, maple, and smoky vanilla flavors mid-palate finishing smooth with a sweet chaser.
