Description
Treecraft Small Batch American Whiskey is actually a young bourbon. It has rested in new white American oak barrels only 18 months but has the flavor of a very mature Bourbon spirit. The mash bill is 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. The corn gives the whiskey a rich sweetness with notes of butterscotch and vanilla. This whiskey makes a great whiskey sour.
