Very good value for money in this carmenere from the Marchigüe zone on the western side of the Colchagua Valley. It’s a piece of chocolate filled with herbs and tart red fruits and with firm, sharp tannins (as the area usually offers) in a fairly ample body for its price segment. Open this bottle for grilled meat or charcuterie. – Patricio Tapia
