Handcrafted from grain-to-glass in small batches with a 300 gallon Vendome copper pot still in Oakland, California. Aged in char-3 oak barrels. Mashbill of corn, rye and malted barely including grains grown in California and malted locally at Admiral Maltings in Alameda.
